If you purchase a 1:1 session or private support, details on scheduling and any relevant preparation will be sent to you by email.

 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted as used.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not contact us in advance, the session may be treated as used and is non-refundable.

Expiry

Any 1:1 sessions included in a package must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
